These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the go4gr8 platform at app.go4gr8.ai (the "Platform"), operated by MGStrategy, LLC ("MGStrategy," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. What go4gr8 is—and isn't

go4gr8 provides AI-powered sparring partners designed to help leaders think more clearly, make better decisions, and develop their leadership capabilities. The Platform is built by MGStrategy, a firm with over 20 years of experience designing executive development programs for large, complex organizations.

go4gr8 is not a substitute for human judgment. Your sparring partner offers perspectives, challenges your thinking, and helps you work through complexity—but every decision remains yours. go4gr8 does not provide professional advice in the fields of law, medicine, finance, mental health, or therapy. If you need professional guidance in any of these areas, please consult a qualified professional.

2. Account access and eligibility

Access to go4gr8 is provisioned through your organization's subscription or through a direct arrangement with MGStrategy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information during account setup
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others
• Notify us promptly at support@go4gr8.ai if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

3. Acceptable use

You may use go4gr8 for its intended purpose: leadership development, strategic thinking, decision support, and professional growth. You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or system prompts of the Platform
• Use the Platform to generate content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Platform
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform

4. Intellectual property

Our IP. The Platform—including its system instructions, training methodologies, personalization frameworks, coaching philosophies, and proprietary content—is the intellectual property of MGStrategy. The underlying frameworks are proprietary to MGStrategy and its partners.

Your content. You retain ownership of the content you create during your conversations with your sparring partner. However, you grant MGStrategy a limited license to process this content as necessary to provide the Platform's services to you—specifically, to enable your sparring partner's longitudinal memory and personalization features.

Aggregate insights. MGStrategy may use anonymized, aggregated data derived from Platform usage to improve the Platform and develop its methodologies. This data will never be individually identifiable or traceable to you or your conversations.

5. AI-specific disclosures

go4gr8 is powered by artificial intelligence. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, or limitations
• Your sparring partner's perspectives are generated based on its training and your personalization data—they are not infallible
• You are responsible for evaluating and acting (or not acting) on any perspectives your sparring partner provides
• The AI does not have access to real-time information unless specifically indicated

6. Privacy and data protection

Your privacy is fundamental to how go4gr8 works. Our data practices are described in detail in our Privacy Policy. Key commitments:

• No one at MGStrategy or your organization reads your conversations
• Your conversation data is not used to train AI models
• Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest
• Organizational sponsors receive only aggregate, team-level intelligence—never individual conversation content

7. Service availability

We strive to keep the Platform available and performant, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

8. Subscription and billing

Access to go4gr8 is provided through organizational subscriptions or individual arrangements managed by MGStrategy. Specific pricing, billing terms, and subscription details are governed by the agreement between MGStrategy and your organization (or you, if individually subscribed). These Terms supplement but do not replace any separate commercial agreement.

9. Termination

By you. You may stop using the Platform at any time. To request account deletion and data erasure, contact support@go4gr8.ai.

By us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if your organization's subscription ends, or if continued access poses a security risk to the Platform or other users. In non-emergency situations, we will provide reasonable notice before termination.

Effect of termination. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease. Your personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy within 30 days of account deactivation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MGStrategy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform—including but not limited to decisions made based on sparring partner interactions, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the fees paid by you (or on your behalf) for access to the Platform during the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." MGStrategy makes no warranties—express, implied, or statutory—regarding the Platform, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MGStrategy and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

13. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Pennsylvania. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or via email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you may discontinue use of the Platform.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
